Simply have Israel relinquish jurisdiction over all land east of the Wall.
The settlers are free to stay, to leave, to do whatever they want--within the parameters of Palestinian law.
As an effort in goodwill, Palestine could even offer those settlers Palestinian citizenship.
Of course, being subject to Palestinian law would mean that those settlers would be subject to litigation concerning land ownership. Also of course, those settlers would have to give up any special water rights and transportation rights. |
