I wouldn`t be too eager to roll into Russia. No way can the US Army take the Russians in their country. The Bear consumed two of the greatest military machines in history. The US Army is no where near large enough to invade Russia.
Face it, just like China will soon exert influence over nations close to it like Taiwan, Russia will be the dominant power in its region.
Now I do agree that the US can deploy to more places around the globe. So theoretically the US would be able to have our way with Russia or China if the area of operations was in some neutral continent like Africa. But there is no way the US can travel to the backdoor of Russia or China and push them around. |
