| Georgia separates from the USSR. OK. They have that right. South Oddesia says, by an enormous majority, that they want to remain with Russia. They must have that right too. Just like Kosovo did. Georgia launches a sneak attack on South Oddessia while the world is distracted by the opening of the olympics. The South Oddessians, outnumbered and outgunned, are defended by Russian forces. Yay! A brutal invasion is repelled. What? Bush says that the invaders are ... the Russians!!! Georgia must have oil. Or else a US-friendly government. |
