The IOC is beyond gullible in this day and age and is actually plain stupid in the face of repeated Iranian violations and religiously-sanctioned lies against infidels vis-a-vis competing directly against Israeli athletes in any sports events.
A while back the Islamic Republic of Iran who pride themselves on their mathematical achievements "admitted" that they didn`t know the right weight limit for their competing athlete who was drawn to face an Israeli. The guy probably ended up stuffing himself with enough kufteh and backhlava to gain just the right amount of weight to disqualify himself and was later praised back home for his adherence to Iran`s sick foreign policies.
Everybody elses word could have been taken in this event but the IOC should know better regarding Iran`s blatant buffoonery and should have had an independent doctor verify or deny the athlete`s claims.
Iran should be exposed and punished for their lying contempt of IOC rules. |
