Firstly, who says the mother should get the children instead of the father and then the father has to pay child support? Maybe it should be just the reverse, the father gets the children & the mother pays child support! Okay, so imagine they compromise, the father agrees the children go to the mother, he gives child support, but so long as the mother agrees to raise the childen haredi and to not become alienated from their father. So instead of the parents compromising, the courts compromise!!
