| Hamas continues to try to expand in the bank expansion in spite of the protests of Abbas and his faction. Seeing what little respect Hamas gives Abbas and how unsuccessful Hamas has been in trying to prevent Abbas from gaining peace with Israel, it is only natural that the Palestinians should rid themselves altogether of Hamas. Hamas certainly gets little if any respect from the US and the EU and has become nothing more than a weeping child.Israel has had great success in isolating Hamas and causing it to beg for a ceasefire. If it was to Hamas advantage to have peace, then we would see peace achieved. Instead, Hamas continues to subject its people to poverty. All the major Arab countries now seem to understand how bad Hamas really is. |
