| Of course the Lithuanian partisans, Jewish and non-Jewish, are great heroes. When will they embrace their Palestinian comrades who are fighting a similar (not the same -- nothing Israel had done (yet) equates to the Holocaust -- battle for freedom against overwhelming odds. Any state that defines itself in religious or racial terms, i.e. an "Arayan state" or a "Jewish state" will ultimately resort to racism. |
