| Although your post is reasonable, in many places physically removing a pupil can lead to charges of assault. One headmistress in London spent a year and a half out of school and in court because she restrained a boy from headbutting her down a flight of stairs. You have to remember that the craziest children tend to have the craziest parents who will defend their crazy children in any way legally possible. Perhaps we should allow `post-natal abortions`[ just joking!] |
