Here in London three major national teachers` unions have agreed that the number of serious complaints against Orthodox Jewish schools is out of all proportion to the very small % of members who work in such schools. Even if the pupils and parents are reasonably decent, the managers of these schools have no idea of professional standards and treat secular subjects teachers in a manner that would put off any but the most determined -- or desperate -- teachers.
