| Israel isn`t alone. About a dozen years ago a `special needs` boy yanked my necktie so hard that I thought he had broken my neck and I was in pain for about twelve weeks. The headmistress refused to do anything at all when I gave her a written report, so I had to contact the boy`s mother myself [the violent father was not living in the family home]. This was in a Hackney, London, Haredi state-aided school and all of us involved are Haredim. |
