| What is causing the problems? They are not unique to Israel. Teachers and school staff walk a tight rope daily and the "troubled and trouble" pupils are aware of their "rights" and abuse them and threaten the staff. Physically, mentally and LEGALLY. It is easy to complain to the police and to become entangled legally on false charges by parents and pupils. Difficult children do not exist in a vacuum. Parent need to be made responsible and help (Super Nanny) needs to be provided them. The situation prevents the "good" kids from getting a proper education as well. In the States many school have video cameras in the halls and classes to protect the staff and the children. |
