Of course Livni and Barak will not limit themselves to verbal threats. For all sorts of reasons they will unleash the IDF if Syria and Lebanon don`t comply. The election has been delayed enough such that either, Syria and Lebanon comply, or Kadima and Barak act, or they will lose the election for sure.
