| There`s a lot in the video that looks fake. Guys like this may behave with crude and direct hostility, esp when in a crowd. Or they can be venal. But if it were hostility, it`d be throwing tomatoes, and if it were venality, he`d be smart enough to sell it on Ebay. Ultra-seculars tho may genuinely believe that they can have peace if only Israel relinquishes the Wall. They imagine that`s the only obstacle to peaceful coexistence. The stunt reads like an effort to discredit religion in general and cherishing the Wall in particular. Maariv`s doubletalk throughout this episode supports that interpretation. Esp their bizarre comment that as a non-Jew, Obama wouldn`t merit privacy. Recall that fake Nike ad with a bombing scene as background. Seems similar video dress-up and cut-and-paste. |
