It`s nice to create infighting between the secular and religious courts but what`s the real issue: Which parent will raise the kids in the best way possible? The secular courts seem to side originally with the mother, the religious with the father. Why should one parent get total control over how to raise the kids? A very difficult issue indeed. (By the way the story is presented, it seems haaretz sides with the mother. And like the mothers` attorny stated, to rule on one side without hearing out both sides is unjust.) |
