I imagine there was never a real Humanitarian crisis in Gaza -Israelis made sure of that but according to human rights groups and this was confirmed by the Red Cross there never was enough items for Gazans to live a dignified life (http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/934353.html )

Never enough food items to fill Gaza`s shops or the stomachs of over 50% percent of Gaza`s population who are under the age of 17yrs and already nutritionally compromised & traumatized by yrs of the army`s operations ( http://www.jvpboston.org/issues93.htm)

Never enough building & industrial supplies to keep people in their jobs and never enough electricity to run cooling systems and esp to keep processing plants going and medical supplies to keep hospitals ade-quately prepared & travel restrictions that caused produce to rot behind checkpoints & closures

Oh yes, there was never a real humanitarian crisis in Gaza yet I fail
to see what one calls being chronically short of essentials. Making it?
