Having read the recent Haaretz article on the Arava, I wish to offer my services to Mr Hagai Koren. I am an MSc in Management student at Embry Riddle (ERAU) aviation university and have recently won a Research scholarship from ERAU to study transport plan accessibility throughout South & Central Latin America.
In particular, my focus is on dual-use-capable Kombi-type propeller transport airplanes that can use relatively short / underdeveloped runways.
My project involves assessing each Latin American country in succession drawing up a business analysis for further transport aircraft developments i.e. creating business value-added proposals to justify why existing / new operators should expand capacity involving such aircraft.
