| Palestinian Brit, Family Law is not easy anywhre in the world. Who is religious and who is not religious? Did he divorce her, did she divorce him. A newspaper account is never enough to know what really happened. The bottom line is that it would seem that one of them wants to live in the States where he, or she feels more comfortable, and the other feels more at home in the Land of Israel/Palestine (Pardon me for using the British Mandatory usage). What court and what law, if there is any Family Law in the PA at all that compares the courts in Illinois, USA This sure makes the case of the Cuban boy in Miami which was the cause celebre a while ago child`s play.
