| The army does not need those who will listen to their Rav before their commanders. On the other hand a ceiling must be fixed and the Yeshivot need to determine who will learn and who will serve. On the other hand we need to reward those who serve with education and mortgages. At one time the Army was the unifier of Am Yisrael in Israel. |
