You also forgot to include Bulent Ecevit in your list of religious appeasers. In one of his visits to USA as PM he also visited Fethullah Gulen, praised him and his work. During his rule he too allowed many Imam Hatip schools to open. His wife Rahsan hanim was screaming that religion is going away only a few years ago. Well all you wrote as well as mine in this post are just conspiracy theories that are not substantiated and will not help resolve the issues in Turkey.
You must educate your population in science and common sense and then expect them to vote intelligently. Only after that a nation can enjoy the benefits od a real democracy. |
