He is possessed by a demon called negativity and self-destruction, a demon which takes over his soul and convinces him that he is doing good by "exposing" hypocrisy, and which persuades him to forget the maxim that it is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness. Others build, he tears down. Pity he who doesn`t realize that we are all imperfect, but that some do try, imperfectly as they may, to serve their Creator. They are not perfect. they are searching, fallible -- even sometimes downright `hypocritical`, but light the candle they do - or at least try to, even if they occasionally fail. Others curse the darkness and revel in pointing out others` imperfections. Would that they would only shine their avenging spotlight on their own selves. Would that they would light a single candle than to curse the darkness. |
