If Israelis in West-Jerusalem would have been treated the way Palestinians in East Jerusalem are, wow, you would have a big riot on your hand.
There is of course loads Israel could do to prevent any future bulldozer type desperate actions: start with giving the East-Jerusalemites the services they pay the taxes for. Give them the building permits they so desperately need. Stop the humiliating endless queues at the Interior Ministry in the burning sun or driving rain because Palestinians have no other choice but to wait and wait in order to get ID`s and other essential documents.
Start treating them as you would treat your own, Brant! Then I will stop whining!!! But not before!! |
