Russia has a valid reason to object to the US missile shield proposed for Europe, which applies equally to Sderot: Defensive armaments are no substitute for genuine peace! Indeed defensive armaments unavoidably heighten tensions, and lead to escalation of conflict, or the potential for conflict. Peace is what is needed for security, above any fences, shields, barriers or forces for defense. Because SUCH A CURE IS WORSE THAN THE DISEASE, IN THE LONG RUN RESULTING IN THE SAME END, ONLY PROLONGING THE AGONY!
The Saudi Plan is the only solution for peace. Take it or leave it, but if you leave it, may the world have the good sense to realize the consequences for the entire world, and respond with pressure on Israel. Because the Settler Enterprise, and the OCCUPATION, are bringing conflict with Iran, and WWIII. |
