For the buck... The Phalanx missile system is cost effective and can be readily installed while another system is developed. It works. It may not be perfect. Better yet... we know that air bombardment followed by a ground assault with a blockade of the Gaza strip is the way to go. Unfortunately, Olmert and his cronies lack the balls to do it.
