The anti-rocket missile defense system should have been acquired many months before, when loads of qassams and mortars was launched at Israel. On the other hand, about 4/5 phalanx system should be acquired in view of the volatile ceasefire truce where Sderot or IDF security borders where rockets are frequently launched should be placed with the mobile phalanx.
