Sure, we create problems by putting people in jail. What a novel concept we`ve invented there: jailing people for committing crimes. Other countries put people to death for much less while we let a child killer like Kuntar free to kill again. BTW, maybe if you actually followed the news instead of cartoons you would find that goodwill gestures by Israel, e.g. removing roadblocks and withdrawing from Gaza was repaid with increased terrorism.
