If any other country in the world treated a helpless and occupied people in the manner in which the Israelis treat the Palestinians, my own country, America, would condemn it in the UN, through the media and every other way it could. Such as South Africa`s apartheidt for example. But when Israel behaves so shamefully towards the Palestinians, America looks the other way, ignoring the fact that Israel does not behave like the "western style democracy" it once called itself. |
