In his words Abbas makes a comparison between a deliberate act of mass killing and injuring civilians ? terrorizing civilian population ? with Israel`s accidental killing and injuring of civilians while pursuing terrorists.
Also, Abbas did not condemn the act on moral grounds but rather on the grounds that it did not serve the Palestinian Arab cause.
