| Without Messer`s testimony it is hard to judge what happened. Messer as an attorney for both Olmert and Talansky could have easily put in documents for Talansky to sign, but it is also equally likely that Talansky knew what he was doing. Still this amounts to Olmert`s attorneys trying to get Talansky charged for giving money to Olmert, but it certainly doesn`t exonerate Olmert for taking the money. I don`t understand their strategy here. |
