I am glad the US intervened in the matter of the Palestinian Fulbright scholars being denied entry to occupied East Jerusalem as Israel should not be using its status as the occupying power to deny Palestinian students access to the scholarships simply because they are not Jewish or some other trumped up claim that they are security risks.
The USA should not let the whining work and keep the heat on Israel so Israel knows that it is being watched closely, and make it very clear that there are consequences for their actions. |
