The countries of the world charged Britain with providing a National Home for the Jews WITHIN Mandated Palestine. The Jews were never meant to get ALL of it, as Zionists at the time (to no-one`s surprise) claimed.
Any doubt about this was cleared up by Winston Churchill`s White Paper of 1922.
