| Yeah, serious peace talks would be great. BUT - take your pick at the umpteen reasons why they probably won`t get very far... Anyhow, back to thread: Iran`s posturing & rhetoric has a lot to do with internal problems & ahmedinajad`s low popularity; Khamenie calls the shots, & if things get really out of hand, I think he will cool things down. The US diplomatic interest section to be set up in Tehran, is already an example of this. Bottom line: democratic republic, Islamic theocracy, or Arab police state??
