Not only Khadafi welcomes Obama as new president of the US, many Arab terrorist leaders said the same. It is not true that Obama has changed things. Hoax negotiations are going on for 5 years, because the US has entrusted this cat and mouse game with the Iranians unfortunately to the EU, which is however part of this cheating game, as former German FM Fischer declared. The naiveté of Obama shows that his presidency will be worse than the one of Carter and will considerably weaken the US. By the way it is not at all clear if Obama was born in the US.
