The reason Iran should not have the bomb is because of their current and past history of using proxy countries to do their bidding. Example, Syria and Lebanon.
The last thing Israel wants to hear is that Hezbollah received an atomic bomb and its hidden away somewhere in Lebanon.
Who wants to see a military strike when Iran would suffer far more with severe sanctions if they developed the bomb. After all they are signators of the non proliferation treaty...so they will be royally screwed by the world once they get a bomb.
The solution to this puzzle is to let Iran do whatever they are doing and monitor them very closely with electronics in their computer equipment. Once you start bombing, the dust hides everything and things move around. |
