you could only call this tit-for-tat if Israel were to enter Lebanon, abduct Lebanese citizens and hold them for ransom without signs of life. What this is, plain and simple, is yet another Hezbollah terrorist tactic, specifically designed to inflict pain on the families of the people they abduct. It`s not even a particularly anti-Semitic tactic (even though it was a favourite Nazi tactic too). Hezbollah uses it also on its political enemies in Lebanon.
