You can see in the news reels coming from Hezbanon, the astonishing (to outsiders) chasm in culture, values, beliefs, norms and behaviour between two societies. And then you fully grasp why Israel is a compassionate, free, modern western democracy, with GNP 50 times of that blood-worshipping failed state of zealots to the north.
I do recognize that many Lebanese are disgusted by what we saw in the last few days and actually have a lot more in common with us then with that cult of death. I wish you good luck, but it looks to me that the fanatics are in full control and you are dwindling. |
