First negotiate, then irritate. Maybe Hezbollah & Co. will stop menacing Israel if promised that in return for a stand down the phone calls would end. The clowns who came up with this scheme, if indeed they are Israeli, should question whether Israeli`s would voluntarily wade into the sea and swim to wherever if they received similarly threatening phone calls. I think not, though Olmert might whine a bit.
