I understand Israels position, we are negotiating with the Syrians. We have the Egyptians negotiating with Hamas. Indirectly, Syria will influence Hezbollah. Sounds reasonable. The border with Syria has been quiet for many years, they have not threatened to wipe out the "Zionist" entity. I do feel that the US is correct, since Iran is the head of the octopus. If Israel can cut off the tentacles, great. If the US can knock some sense into the Mullahs even better. Somehow, I feel that the US is going to talk turkey to Iran.Cards on the table..
