| Thank you for your comments. The proposal is asymmetric to answer the concerns of each side. For instance to achieve a unified Jerusalem, Isreal must grant border control to another country for part of it`s territory. This is unavailable to any country outside of the European Union. Palestine would be allowed defensive weapons, but their best defense would be the power to sue Israel for military incursions. Donor countries would agree that funds could be taken from Israel/Palestine accounts for treaty transgressions. |
