The treaty of 1994 for me has the best promise of peace. It officially recognises the Hashemite King or Queen as legitimate protector of Temple Mount (which is what The Arab-Israeli conflict centres upon).
The problem I have with The Palestinian Authority is that it has no authority, it doesn`t have the authority to represent the Arabs on the issue of Jerusalem. We should be talking directly to King Abdullah on diplomatic & politcal matters of the capital.
A peoples peace is fine, I think the people have a better chance of backing the right horse than the `big people` who come here to get rich quick aka Mr Rockefeller & Co. |
