Foresight - illusions - unlimited The electric dream car in its various forms in exist since end of World War I. ? For a number of ? laboratories / research garages ? research electric powered cars possibilities which even produce some trial models, which were put into trial service by German Postal Authorities operated ? From the large publicity given one learns, the main problems were in relative limited operating radius, consequently needing weight of batteries, reloading time and its costs remain their major economic, logistic problems. ? This knowledge was acquired and influence economically as fuel prices = energy was ? normal ? ? old combustion engines ? remained and no urgent need for replacement energy substances was relevant. Already at these ? glorious / golden times ? replacement energies were looked for, researched in direction of in wind, sun, water, waves etc. as well as technological method to gain oil i.e. from sand, shale etc. also let to trial of inner ? earths thermo resources. Agricultural products as possible energy source are being tested. But all this confront the researcher with a large number of to be solved technological problems consequently a real production cost is not yet possible ? So far the fuel basic energy replacement question and up in the calculation machinery prior to any possible estimated retooling cost for ? final production industries ?. ? Quite an oversized world problem far beyond any middle or smaller countries economic and physical abilities. ? Another Israeli pipe dream project at present level of technical knowledge and without having considered eventual existing possible nuclear possibilities. These general observation and thoughts should not stop on going further research to adapt our self to changing conditions and should be fostered on a limited scale by public money in addition to normal academic and private research.
