| Anybody with an avwerage knowledge of the car industry knows this. Agassi and Ofer are just planning to make a fast buck on the taxpayers. They also know the way. Thru politicians. Comparing them to Intel is a joke! The best solution for the Israeli economy and environment is the new Toyota Prius Hybrid that will run 100 Km. on 2.5-3 L of gas. Renault is one of the car companies that is most lacking in electric car experience. Once the biggies like Toyota, Honda and others have solved the "all electric car" problem, we can buy them. We have to rememeber that Israel is lacking in electric power which shows in the summer, soecially, where the Electric Company is reeling to supply the requirements. From where is the power going to come to recharge the batteries? Let`s leave Mr. Agassi and Ofer accept "all the many other offers" they got. It will save the taxpayer a lot. Maybe the politicians will lose a lot, but, for a change, it will be a good feeling for us. |
