| Tony`s apparently a fan of the Bush Doctrine of Diplomacy. The problem is that Bush and his people cannot even negotiate effectively with purported allies. One only has to look at the Fulbright Scholars situation or the problems some Americans have in visiting relatives in Ramallah or Bethlehem. |
