Actually it is you who do not know geography. Ariel was built far enough away from Emanuel in the planning stages to avoid any future clash. In building in the Modi`in area, NOTHING separates one bloc of housing from the next, except the label.Anyone who reads maps can see that the various projects will blur together. Demographics will do the rest.
