| Can I just say to those out there with very short memories that France has very INFREQUENTLY not been an ally of Israel as is evidenced by those nuclear facilities you have `secretly` dotted around the Israeli countryside pointing at all the Arab states...and who knows whom else? (Maybe the EU also?) Israel would not be the threat it is without France`s long term assistance. `For reactor design and construction, Israel sought the assistance of France.
