| France has always had an imperialistic ambition, regardless of age. Its struggle to create a Club Med has its roots in the fact that currently it suffers a lack of recognition worldwide and even among European states. Germany has taken the lead and this has to be counterweighted. Remember Charles le Magne? Rather than Napoleon, he`s to be viewed as a model today. A new Holy Roman empire would strech again around the Mediterranean, having France at its helm. |
