| Under international law all occupying powers must provide for the local population. Israel, who just recently even closed what it called Hamas linked charities has repeatedly demonstrated that it has complete control of the area and the Palestinians. It has to provide for them, it cannot shirk its responsibilities while surrounding villages and controlling access to roads and water. It is a crime against humanity. |
