| Haaretz should ask itself how credible it really is to try to embrace the idiotic Hamas claim that they do not have "control" over the tiny 6-square mile area of Gaza, North of Gaza City, from which all the kassams are fired at Sderot and Ashkelon. Hamas - with its claimed 40,000 "activists" under arms? This speck of Northeast Gaza, as if it were the vast "lawless Pashtun Valley of Pakistan" wherein the Taliban and Bin Ladin lurk, and Mushareff is "powerless" to act? The entire assertion that Hamas is physically unable to act is ludicrous, especially since Hamas itself has announced, reported on the pages of Haaretz, in fact, that it would not be "Israel`s policeman" regarding kassams. Recall Arafat`s favorite trick of "the previously unnamed groups" to do his dirty work - Black September, Black June, etc. When Mossad hit teams hunted them down and wiped them out - Arafat was at every funeral, eulogizing his "martyrs". FACT: Kassams are NEVER fired without Hamas control and collusion. |
