| While I would love to see peace with Syria, it is not possible for Israel to give them the Golan Heights. When Syria was in control of the GH they would constantly fire on Israel farmers. To give up the GH would just be another spot that Israel`s enemies would have a place to rain down rockets on Israel from. To be able to trust someone it takes time. And Syria can not be trusted now or anytime in the near future. It is my opinion that this is just a another ploy to get the GH and to get aid from the US. |
