Israel must not be coerced into doing anything of the sort. All the intelligence in the world will not prevent a major retaliation and we must not listen to the Americans who will not have to bear the consequences of an attack on Iran.
The lack of intelligence is not the problem here. The problem is that any element of surprise has been completely obliterated due to the endless jabbering, hinting, and speculation of the press and the eagerness to whip the Israeli and American public into a frenzy and keep the war drums beating.
We need cool- headedness here, not hysteria. Israelis will not pay for America`s desire to go to war nor will we agree to do their dirty work for them at our expense. |
