| Maybe Hans Blix can explain to all of us how it has been possible for at least four countries to develop nuclear weapons programs under the noses of the IAEA. Maybe he can explain how it was possible for the Kahn network to establish the most significant black market nuclear proliferation in the history of mankind. Is it not true that part of the Kahn network was caught just recently in neutral Switzerland, with a computer containing designs for a compact nuclear weapon that can be fitted on a redesigned Iranian ballistic missile? However, it was not the IAEA that unraveled the Kahn network, if partially so. |
